ignoring board categories

Category: Zone BBS Suggestions and Feedback

Thank you admin for letting us now put whole board categories on ignore. My travels through the boards with new topics category are much faster now that I don't have to deal with a whole bunch of categories I never bothered with anyway. If I occasionally want to see if anyone has come up with a new and interesting game for game parlor instead of the same old same old, I can check it out once every couple of weeks. Same with the other boards I have now put on ignore.

Thanks again.

Yes; thanks for putting this feature in. *smile* I started using it as soon as I learned about it. I agree that it has made it much quicker and easier to go thru the Topics with New Posts, which is the main way I browse thru the Boards.

Best! Feature! Ever!!! Thanks very much.

Time Keeper, there is a link on each board page to ignore. It's right by the link to add a new topic to a board.

I love this feature, too. Especially because Game Parlor sucks. And yes Dan, go into the category you want to ignore, and you'll see a link to do it.

Dan, the link to ignore the board is near the bottom of the page once you have clicked on that board category.

Nice feature admin and CL people. I include CL's because they're basically the project managers of the Zone if I'm not mistaken, sending back user feedbag to the admins.

I have yet to ignore a board, but thank you very much for adding this feature. I'm sure it has already proven very helpful to many.

Yes, we as CL's do send user feedback to the admins. However, in this case, I think they, and possibly JJ, did this one on their own. I didn't hear any talk of it between the staff before it was implemented. That's just fine with me, I'm not saying there needed to be. Just trying to give credit to the admin who did it.

If the admins ever pay attention to the zone bbs suggestions boards, they might have seen this suggested after they removed the game parlor. A lot of people who like game parlor asked why things couldn't be set up so that those who wanted to play still could and those who didn't like it could just ignore that and other boards.

Yes, we do read these boards, even though we don't always respond to each topic. lad you enjoy the feature.

it seems from past experiance that
if someone
wants o play a Board, or topic
whatever discussed here
then
yes, seeminly this good
so as to not causeso much a confusion
and a fuss.

Still,
a far as I know I hae not any
Board, Topic
or person on
ignore..

If I do,
then please
RESPOND
here on this Board
and
try to
sort through things,
tems
what if any a problem
concern and Etc. ..
